Led by our Project Coordinators, these creative sessions offer members a supportive space to explore art, improve fine-motor skills, express emotions, and build confidence through therapeutic, hands-on activities.

Group Neuro-Physiotherapy Exercise Class
Every Tuesday, 10:15–11:15 at Springfield Stadium

Led by specialist neuro-physiotherapist Nadia Applegate, this class focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and confidence after a brain injury.

Open to Headway Jersey Members with a confirmed brain injury diagnosis and a referral from a GP or hospital clinician.

Rehabilitation Swimming for Brain Injury Survivors
Every Wednesday, 11:30–12:30 at Aquasplash

Led by specialist neuro-physiotherapist Nadia Applegate, this gentle water-based class supports mobility, strength, balance, and confidence in a low-impact environment ideal for brain injury rehabilitation.

Open to Headway Jersey Members with a confirmed brain injury diagnosis and a referral from a GP or hospital clinician.

Support with Speech & Language Communication Sessions
Every week, 11:30–12:30 at the Headway Jersey Day Centre, Le Coie, St Saviour

Led by volunteer Trish Williams, a qualified Speech & Language Therapist (BSc Speech & Language Therapy, Manchester Metropolitan University), these sessions help members improve speech, communication, confidence, and everyday interaction skills following a brain injury.

Social Drop-In Sessions

Every Tuesday, 10:00–1:00pm
at the Headway Jersey Day Centre, Le Coie, St Saviour

Led by our Project Coordinators, these relaxed, friendly sessions offer members a safe space to socialise, enjoy a coffee and biscuit, chat, connect with others, and rebuild confidence through meaningful interaction.

Our aim is simple: to reduce isolation and ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and part of a community.
